Garlic cream

Hill garlic cream is a velvety preparation in which the strength of garlic is rounded off by oil and parsley. It is made in an Algerian artisan cannery from a vegetable base, garlic, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, spices, parsley and a natural preservative, with no artificial preservative. The jar carries the halal logo, a « 100% natural » claim and « Made in Algeria ».

Consumers treat it as a ready-made sauce: spread on toasted bread with drinks, served with fish or white meat, added to a quick marinade or stirred into yoghurt for a cold sauce. It stays soft straight out of the jar. The 180 g jar is stored dry and keeps in the fridge once opened.
