What data do we process?
Depending on the circumstances, we may collect:
- Identifiers and contact details: first and last name, company, email address, telephone number;
- Content you send us: the subject and body of your messages;
- Billing and payment data, within a commercial relationship;
- Technical data strictly necessary for the operation and security of the site: IP address and connection logs.
The contact form only asks for the information needed to reply. Optional fields are marked as such.
Why do we process this data?
- To process and respond to your messages and enquiries;
- To manage the commercial relationship, orders and invoicing;
- To ensure the technical operation and security of the site, and to prevent automated abuse;
- To respond to requests to exercise rights and to legal obligations.
On what legal basis?
- Your consent, when you voluntarily send us a message;
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, for an order or invoice;
- Our legitimate interest, for site security and fraud prevention;
- Compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation.
How long do we keep your data?
Data is kept only for as long as strictly necessary for the stated purposes, taking legal obligations into account:
- Contact data from a form or commercial exchange: 3 years from the last contact, in line with the French data protection authority’s recommendation;
- Customer files, invoices and accounting documents: 10 years, under accounting and tax obligations;
- Data used to establish proof of a right or contract: for the applicable limitation period, generally 5 years, and up to 10 years depending on the document;

Who has access to your data?
- The relevant internal departments of OUINE DISTRIBUTION: sales, accounting, support;

- Public or judicial authorities, where disclosure is legally required.
Messages sent through the contact form are stored in the site administration area, accessible only to team members with an account.
Should a transfer of data outside the European Union become necessary, we would put in place the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR, in particular standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies. No advertising profiling is carried out and no data is passed to any advertising network.
Audience measurement is carried out using Google Analytics, for the sole purpose of understanding which pages interest visitors and improving the site. It relies entirely on your consent: no tracker is set until you have accepted through the banner shown on your first visit. Refusing has no effect on your browsing.
Your choice is kept for six months, the period recommended by the French data protection authority, after which you are asked again. You can change it at any time by clearing the site data stored by your browser.
A technical session cookie is also set when signing in to the administration area, which is reserved for the team. Strictly necessary for the service to function, it does not require consent.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), regular backups, access control limited to those with an operational need, and regular software updates.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: to confirm whether data concerning you is processed, and to obtain a copy;
- Right to rectification: to have inaccurate data corrected;
- Right to erasure, subject to legal retention obligations;
- Right to restriction of processing;
- Right to portability: to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
- Right to object, in particular to commercial solicitation;
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@ouine-distribution.com. Proof of identity may be requested. We reply within the legal period of one month, extendable by two months for complex requests.
Complaints
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or via www.cnil.fr.
