Talbina — discovery pack of 4

Talbina is a barley porridge rooted in the Prophetic tradition, simmered gently in milk until creamy. Mufeed, the house brand of Ouine Distribution, offers it as organic pre-cooked hulled barley flour, produced in France (Mayenne) and ready in 5 to 7 minutes. The discovery pack brings together the four recipes in the range: plain, chocolate, date and coconut, apple and cinnamon, in four 335 g cartons.

For the consumer it is a way to taste the whole range before settling on a favourite, or to vary breakfasts through the week. Each carton is prepared the same way: 4 tablespoons in 200 ml of plant-based or dairy milk over low heat. The plain recipe is customised with a natural sweetener and toppings; the other three need nothing added.
