Minced beef crumbles — 800 g

Biladi crumbled minced beef is frozen grain by grain: the pieces do not stick together, so any quantity can be poured straight into the pan. The manufacturer states 100% minced beef, under 20% fat and a collagen-to-meat-protein ratio below 15%. No seasoning and no vegetable protein — this is a cooking base.
