Garlic paste

Hill garlic paste replaces fresh garlic in everyday cooking: no cloves to peel or chop, one spoonful is enough. It is made in an Algerian artisan cannery from a vegetable base, garlic, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, spices, parsley and a natural preservative. The texture is smooth and the garlic taste clear but balanced by the spices. The jar carries the halal logo and a « Made in Algeria » flag.
