Strawberry & grapefruit smoothie

Soofty is a French fruit-drink brand founded in 2015 by MS International Trading in Les Ulis, near Paris, known for its fruit sodas and its 'Smoothie by Soofty' range. The strawberry and grapefruit flavour plays on the contrast between sweet strawberry and the slight sharpness of grapefruit, with a touch of mango, in a fruit drink based on water, fruit juices and skimmed milk, enriched with Lactobacillus and vitamins. It is not a fresh-pressed juice: the recipe is shelf-stable at room temperature.
